No — Rosa is not a treatment facility. We’re a sober living home, which means we provide a safe, sober space for individuals transitioning out of treatment or looking to maintain long-term recovery.

How long can I stay?

Residents are welcome to stay as long as needed, with a minimum 30-day commitment. Longer stays are encouraged for those wanting greater stability and support.

Is there a curfew or house rules?

Yes. We have structured daily routines, curfews, chore responsibilities, and clear rules to protect the sobriety and well-being of everyone in the house.

What’s included in the rent?

Rent includes your room (private or semi-private), utilities, Wi-Fi, laundry access, and participation in house activities or meetings. Food and transportation are not included.

Can I bring my phone or computer?

Yes — we allow personal devices, but usage must be respectful of others and not disruptive to the home environment.

Do I need to be sober before moving in?
